    We set up daily takings systems (DTS) to suit your venue and facilities. Reconciling takings is at the heart of our bookkeeping service, and we make sure the process is both accurate and easy for staff to use. For larger clients looking for data integration, we recommend a system called Wirely. For smaller, simpler venues, we can design a custom reconciliation sheet that’s clear, reliable, and easy to follow.

  • We’ve worked with most mainstream POS systems like Idealpos, Bepoz, SwiftPOS, H&L and more. If we don’t know yours, we’ll learn it. As long as we can access sales reports, we can work with any system. Don’t have one yet? We’re happy to recommend products and help with the setup.

  • We use a range of AP automation systems and recommend platforms based on size and complexity.

    Our systems work to streamline manual processes, have better error detecting and make approvals a snack.

  • Actually, quite a lot! Your bookkeeper records business transactions, purchases, and other expenses making sure everything is coded correctly and that GST is handled properly. They also manage supplier bills and due dates, so nothing gets missed or paid twice. Their job is to keep your books tidy and up to date, so your accountant can do their thing without delays or surprises.

  • This answer is always evolving and AI can automate parts of bookkeeping like data entry, bank feeds, and invoice matching, but it can’t replace the judgment, context, and hospitality-specific insight a real bookkeeper brings.
