We prepare your monthly management accounts across all revenue streams — bar, food, gaming, accommodation, functions and retail liquor. Every account is reconciled, every variance is explained, and the numbers are ready for you and your managers to act on.
We code revenue and expenses correctly for hospitality from day one. No generic chart of accounts. No miscodings that take hours to fix at EOFY.
Management Reporting and Variance Analysis
We turn your monthly accounts into a clear, readable report with commentary. Revenue by department, COGS, wage percentage, gross profit and net profit — compared against your budget and prior period so you can see exactly what moved and why.
You will not need to dig through a spreadsheet to find the answer. We highlight what needs attention and explain it in plain language.
BAS and IAS Preparation and Lodgement
We prepare and lodge your Business Activity Statement every quarter, and your Instalment Activity Statement where required. GST is reviewed and coded correctly across all revenue streams before lodgement.
We are registered BAS agents and manage all deadlines on your behalf. No penalties for late lodgement, no surprises.
Cash Flow Reporting and Planning
We prepare cash flow reports that show your actual position week by week and month by month. For venues with seasonal trading patterns, we model the quiet periods and busy periods so you can plan around them rather than react to them.
If you need a cash flow forecast for a bank, a landlord or an investment decision, we can build one.
EOFY Preparation
We prepare your year-end accounts, reconcile all balance sheet items and produce a clean set of financials ready for your tax accountant to complete your tax return. Payroll summaries, depreciation schedules, loan reconciliations and prepayments are all included.
EOFY is not a scramble when your books have been kept correctly all year. That is the point.
Software Setup and Chart of Accounts
Whether you are opening a new venue or inheriting a messy set of books, we set up your accounting software correctly from the start.
We configure your chart of accounts for hospitality — separate revenue codes for bar, food, gaming, accommodation and retail, cost of goods, wages by department and all the expense categories that matter for your margin analysis. We work primarily in Xero and MYOB and can migrate data from other platforms cleanly.

We can customise the format to suit your reporting needs.
